Review: I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The staff lack basic common sense in how they speak with customers — their attitude was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, they don’t even know the local language (Kannada), which made communication very difficult. I had opted for a room with breakfast included, but when I called the reception regarding it, they casually told me I would be given a token and would have to go outside to a nearby hotel to eat. It felt less like staying in a proper hotel and more like staying at a free local hostel. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel stay.

The hotel not room are so poor IAM taking excutive room and tv are not rechargeable staff are very bad food service extra totaly poor experience

Bathroom smells bit odd, as well as basic Amenities like glass was not kept, wardrobe and TV unit was not cleaned properly, overall stay was average

Excellent rooms and good location, staff was good. Food also good taste. Bed and room was so clean. Excellent washrooms

The room is quite decent. But there is no parking space. The tap in the bathroom was not functioning properly. I had to call the reception to get water in the early morning. Single towel was provided for two of us. Even wifi signal was weak. Overall, disappointing from the treebo standards.
